Amazon Canada: Peak fulfillment fees start this week

Amazon’s Canadian seller announcement confirms that holiday peak fulfillment fees apply from October 15, 2026, through January 14, 2027, with an average increase of approximately CAD $0.39 per unit. The precise increase varies by product and fulfillment characteristics.

For sellers planning Black Friday discounts, this cost must be included alongside referral fees, advertising, returns, storage and product costs.

Amazon also lists November 13 as the Black Friday Week/Cyber Monday deal submission deadline, subject to deal eligibility and availability.

So, you may want to add a Q4 Peak Fee Adjustment column to your marketplace profitability reports. For each SKU, compare regular margin, promotional margin and margin after advertising, so that you won’t see some “surprising numbers” in the review reports after Q4.
